At Stoner Graphix, we deliver one-of-a-kind branding for our business partners.  For the past 30 years, we have been leading the industry for custom business signage, graphic design, branded environments, fleet wraps, and large format graphics. Role purpose

You are responsible for building and maintaining productive partnerships with a portfolio of clients. As their first point of contact, you must be a confidant communicator. You will be relied upon to create a solid relationship to communicate and understand their desired results and establish trust in our service. There are operational components to this role, including creating estimates for the client and work orders for our production team. As an account manager, you are required to be quick thinking and have the ability to find satisfying results for the client consistently.  You will liaise with the production team on fabrication methods, material needs, and client scheduling. 

Duties and responsibilities 

Achieving your key performance targets for maintaining strong partnerships with clients will include both Outputs: phone calls, meetings, other communication, and Outcomes: securing estimates and sales.

Managing your portfolio within our Customer Relationship Management system to provide estimates and follow up to clients and work orders for our production team. 

You are the liaison for all communications with the client, including professional product guidance, permitting, scheduling, invoicing, and any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications and experience

Experience in account management: you have directly interacted with clients covering all aspects of customer service from account creation and product fulfillment.

Visual communication awareness: you have a general understanding of the sign industry and fabrication methods.

Sales experience is preferable.

Excellent insight and initiative: you have experience with problem-solving.

Mature and personable: you are naturally sociable and outgoing.  You can build rapport with a diverse group of clients.

Dedicated: you have a natural ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.

Energetic and responsive: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate confidently.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4 pm
  • Overtime as needed

Stoner Graphix is a visual communications company that has provided services for the past 30 years. We are a leader in our industry, specializing in signs, design, environments, displays, and vehicle wraps using traditional craftsmanship combined with modern technology. We are looking for an engaged and professional craftsman to be part of our team.  

This craftsman should possess a mechanical aptitude, is detail-oriented, follow written and verbal instructions, have good communication skills, and work unsupervised as part of a team. The candidate must also be willing to work overtime when needed. Pre-employment drug screening may be performed before employment begins, and possible random testing after that.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of industry or related experience preferred.
  • Vehicle wrap experience is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have knowledge in operation and maintenance for a variety of vehicles, machines, and work areas. Must work clean and orderly. Taking pride in our vehicles and equipment is a must for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and instructions.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include: Bucket truck operation and installation, general sign fabrication using wood, metal, and plastics, along with the possibility of some out-of-town interior sign installation.
  • We are also willing to train the right person to mix and spray industry-specific paints in our paint booth.
