Role purpose

You are responsible for building and maintaining productive partnerships with a portfolio of clients. As their first point of contact, you must be a confidant communicator. You will be relied upon to create a solid relationship to communicate and understand their desired results and establish trust in our service. There are operational components to this role, including creating estimates for the client and work orders for our production team. As an account manager, you are required to be quick thinking and have the ability to find satisfying results for the client consistently.  You will liaise with the production team on fabrication methods, material needs, and client scheduling. 

Duties and responsibilities 

Achieving your key performance targets for maintaining strong partnerships with clients will include both Outputs: phone calls, meetings, other communication, and Outcomes: securing estimates and sales.

Managing your portfolio within our Customer Relationship Management system to provide estimates and follow up to clients and work orders for our production team. 

You are the liaison for all communications with the client, including professional product guidance, permitting, scheduling, invoicing, and any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications and experience

Experience in account management: you have directly interacted with clients covering all aspects of customer service from account creation and product fulfillment.

Visual communication awareness: you have a general understanding of the sign industry and fabrication methods.

Sales experience is preferable.

Excellent insight and initiative: you have experience with problem-solving.

Mature and personable: you are naturally sociable and outgoing.  You can build rapport with a diverse group of clients.

Dedicated: you have a natural ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.

Energetic and responsive: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate confidently.

Position: Sign Fabricator/ Installer

Employment Type: Full-time employee

Location: Hummelstown, Pa

Stoner Graphix is looking to add to our team a Sign Fabricator/ Installer to support our growing business located in Hummelstown, PA. We are looking to interview and hire immediately. We will train the right candidate.

Shift Schedule:

1st shift – 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday with OT as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of fabrication and installation
  • Fabricate in accordance with production schedules and/or customer specifications
  • Use of various techniques and materials to fabricate, including wood, metal and plastics
  • Responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces
  • Set-up and maintain work areas in accordance with safety procedures
  • Record and report material usage
  • Maintain a daily schedule to provide smooth flow of production department
  • Inspect for quality finish after fabrication
  • Perform assembly of products
  • Bucket truck operation
  • Mix and spray industry specific paints in paint booth
  • Installation of graphic vehicle wraps
  • Team player – must possess a “can do” attitude and must be able to work with others
  • Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain production schedule
  • Is available for general tasks in other departments

 

Knowledge and Requirements:

  • Able to read and interpret specifications, product labels, regulations, production schedules, blueprints, drawings and plans
  • Knowledge in operation and maintaining a variety of vehicles, machines, and work areas
  • Proficiency in basic math and measures
  • Able to work in a team environment and follow direction
  • Must be able to understand and adhere to industry safety standards
  • Frequently required to stand for long periods
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 100 pounds
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of industry or related experience preferred
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Vehicle wrap experience preferred
